How FastTranscriber handles your files and account data

This policy explains what account information is stored, how files move through the transcription flow, and where to go when you need a deletion or support request.

Account and transcript storage

FastTranscriber stores the account details required to operate the product and keep transcript history available in your dashboard. Completed transcripts may remain associated with your account so you can review, copy, or export them later.

Uploaded file handling

Files you submit are sent to the transcription pipeline for processing. The application does not publish uploaded media through public gallery pages or public transcript links by default.

Product analytics

PostHog analytics may collect product usage signals such as page views, upload flow events, export actions, and reliability events. This information is used to understand feature adoption and improve product stability.
